Mr. Rajiv Katoch

Mr. Rajiv Katoch is a seasoned healthcare industry professional with over three decades of experience. He has a strong background in marketing management, market planning, business planning, customer relationship management, and sales management.

Mr. Katoch began his career at Sanofi-Aventis, where he worked as an Area Manager from 1985 to 1998. He was responsible for managing the Orissa and Gujarat territories and was part of the top three teams in the country throughout his tenure. He successfully converted non-performing territories into top achievers.

In 2009-2010, Mr. Katoch launched Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, where he worked as a Business Development Manager. He managed a team of Relationship Managers to ensure business from Corporate and Medical Tourism, identified and developed business through TPAs, and cultivated relationships with Corporates and Healthcare Facilitators-International Patients. He also managed the GP referral team, which was instrumental in the growth of the hospital. In 2010-2011, Mr. Katoch worked as the General Manager of Branding & Relationship Management at SevenHills Hospitals. He led the GP Referral Team, screening, listing, and tying up with visiting consultants, identified and developed business through TPAs, and identified and developed business with Corporates. He was also responsible for handling the branding of the hospital and initiating and managing Outreach Clinics. From 2011-2018, Mr. Katoch worked as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Global Hospitals in Mumbai. In this role, he was responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring the successful launch and growth of the hospital.

Currently, Mr. Katoch is the CEO of GHC Hospitals, Mumbai, which he launched in 2022. As the CEO, he is leading the hospital towards success and growth in the competitive healthcare industry. His deep knowledge of the industry, coupled with his experience and expertise, has been instrumental in the successful launch of the hospital. Overall, Mr. Katoch's remarkable career in the healthcare industry highlights his exceptional leadership abilities, strategic mindset, and unparalleled commitment to the success of the organizations he serves. Dr. N A Siddiqui is an experienced healthcare industry professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. He is skilled in healthcare consulting, operations management, clinical research, strategic planning, and hospitals. He holds an MBA-Health & Hospital Management from Dr. D.Y.Patil Department of Business Management.

Dr. Siddiqui began his career at Asian Heart Institute & Research Center in 2009-2010, where he worked as a Sr. Executive Operations. He managed operations, OPD & IPD billing, and was responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital. In 2010-2014, he worked as an Operations Manager at Fortis Healthcare, Mumbai. He was responsible for managing the operations of the hospital, ensuring quality healthcare services, and providing leadership to the team.

From 2014-2020, Dr. Siddiqui worked as an Associate General Manager of Billing & Administrations at Global Hospitals, Mumbai. He was responsible for overseeing the billing and administrative functions of the hospital and ensuring smooth operations. In 2020-present, he worked as the Director of Operations at Masina Heart Institute, Mumbai. He was responsible for managing the hospital's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, and providing strategic leadership to the team.

Currently, Dr. Siddiqui is the Executive Director at GHC Hospitals, Mumbai, which he joined in 2022. As the Executive Director, he is responsible for overseeing the hospital's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, and providing strategic leadership to the team. Mr. Ranjit Yadav

Mr. Ranjit Yadav has over 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing. He has worked with reputed companies and standalone hospitals, including newly set-up tertiary healthcare hospitals and healthcare companies. He has core expertise in international marketing, business development, healthcare marketing, brand management, patient services excellence, relationship management, sales promotions, new product launches, strategy planning, and competitor/market analysis. Mr. Yadav has the ability to manage and grow business, execute marketing plans, create new territories, targeted marketing, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.

In terms of work experience, Mr. Yadav started his career in domestic healthcare marketing, spending almost ten-plus years successfully. He led the domestic referral team to launch tertiary care hospitals in the heart of Mumbai successfully and moved towards the international market down the line for the last five-plus years. His experience has helped him to develop skills to promote, market, and create awareness among different countries across the globe. He also got the opportunity to work closely with the Ministry of Health of various countries doing collaborative work like surgical camps, developing healthcare programs, increasing the flow of inbound patients, and setting up International patient services departments.

Mr. Yadav has worked in different roles with different hospitals such as Center Manager at Vital Imaging Center, Key Area Relationship Manager at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Deputy Manager of marketing at Wockhardt Hospitals, Manager of international Business Development & Patient Services at Gleneagles Global Hospitals, and DGM, International Patient Service's & Business Development at Apollo Hospital Enterprises Limited. He also worked as DGM Marketing and Business Development at Nanvati Super Speciality Hospital and is currently working as Group Head Sales & Marketing at GHC Hospitals, Mumbai.
